Your experience with From the Roots is very important to us, all appointments are reserved especially for each guest. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustment are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours' notice for cancelations or changes to appointment.

 

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

 

• When booking appointments, we will be asking for a cell phone number and credit card to have on file. 

​

• All appointments will be confirmed via text 48 hours in advance. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months in advance.

​

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

​

• "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
